The Pompano PD Web Site is dedicated to the sisters and brothers  who have served behind the badge in law enforcement, and the employees of the Pompano Beach Police Department since it's beginning until it was disbanded on July 31, 1999.  The goals of this non-commercial web site are very simple:

	Develop a roster listing all known members.
	Provide a historical data base by collecting  photographs, news clippings and stories about the Pompano Police Department and its members.

Provide and maintain a link of communications between members.

We'd like to let everyone know that our "link" to technology will be a little more sporadic now that we are traveling again.  See News & Views for details

  The Pompano PD Roster  will  eventually have the names of everyone who has served on the Pompano PD.  By the way, we need a recent photo of yourself and maybe one taken in your early career with the force.  Don't be shy, there are a lot of people that would like to see how you look today. 

  The News and Views is dedicated to newsy articles about past "PD" activities, current events and subjects you suggest that might be of interest to you and other members.  Remember, this is your page. 

  Our Mystery Member is a fun page that will contain a picture and a write up about a past member. The object is to see if you can identify the member.

  The Membership Form is the best way to maintain the Pompano PD Roster.  We need a few facts from each   member.  In addition we are asking that you complete an on-line survey with your suggestions for the next  Pompano PD reunion.
